We work diligently to earn your business and trust, putting time, effort and resources into controlling livestock shrink and stress, and to make the market process easy for all involved.

Most auctions will toss a few bales of hay in an overhead feeder, or simply toss it on the ground for the livestock to scoop up. While better than nothing, it’s not much better. That’s not how we run things. Assiniboia Livestock Auction was the first in Canada to feed and water cattle before sale time, and remain possibly the only auction feeding tub ground hay, so that your cattle will eat and digest more.We don’t flinch at turning some profit back into good feed, tub grinders and bale feeders to keep the health and weight on your cattle for the buyers. In turn, the buyers put up good money, knowing they’re getting well-cared-for livestock.

This willingness to invest some of our money, combined with our low selling fees, means more dollars in your pocket. This is just one of the reasons more people sell their cattle at Assiniboia Livestock Auction than any other market in Saskatchewan.
